Writing a Job Application Letter

Objective of the assignment is to understand how to write a job application letter.

Instructions:
  1. Understand the objective ,method and present format of writing a job application from discussion with the teacher and also study few reference books as instructed by the teacher.
  2. Remember following important points : 
               a) Date
               b) Sender's communication details
               c) Receiver's communication details
               d) Subject of the letter

               e) Reference for the letter
               f) Salutation
               g) Introduction to the body of the letter by stating who is writing why it is  being written.
               h) Discussion Paragraph of the body of the letter stating all your educational and       
professional qualification details.
               i) Conclusion to the body of letter 
               j) Complementary close
               k) Mention C.C.( Carbon copy attachments if any) 
     3. Write one job application letter after understanding the format and instructions. Refer any newspaper advertisement for example Ascent supplement of The Times of India for writing a job application letter.
